Our client, a YCombinator backed fast-growing ai tech firm with over 700 clients onboard are looking for an SDR manager to oversee their growing team of both temp and permanent SDR's.
Role Overview:
As the SDR Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, driving lead generation and nurturing prospects. Your leadership will be crucial in developing strategies to increase pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the SDR team.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of managing a team of SDR's
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements.
