The Opportunity:Insight is at the heart of the campaign. The award winning and passionate in-house team is now looking for an Senior Insight Manager to lead on writing research briefs, designing and delivering research and insight across the organisation on complex issues. Using your insight and analysis expertise you will help this organisation change the future of Great Britain. You will be a key member of a small, friendly team, that work collaboratively to deliver best-in-class insight to senior stakeholders to help shape the future strategy. This is a great opportunity to work in an interesting and important sector; and make a true difference.

About you:You will have experience of working in a creative and busy environment with senior level experience of working in a market research, insight or data role. You will have had experience of leading and delivering a end to end research programmes, and working in a team all driving in the same direction. You will be well versed in research methodology knowledge and be able to guide junior team members. You will be creative and strategic and be excited about delivering compelling insights to key decision makers.

Salary & Benefits:Up to £66,000 + a suite of great benefits. Hybrid working (2 days London office)
