As a Senior Product Manager, Customer Portals you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the customer interactions by overseeing the design, development and optimisation of customer-facing portals.

Description

  • Vision & Strategy for Customer Engagement: You'll be responsible for developing a customer-centric vision for portals, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to execute it.

  • Product Roadmap Ownership: You'll lead the creation and communication of the product roadmap, from design through to execution, ensuring it's aligned with customer needs and digital trends.

  • User Experience Design: Ensuring seamless, visually appealing, and intuitive customer interfaces that span across the digital customer journey, working closely with branding and marketing.

  • Technology CoE Development: You'll act as a bridge between IT and product teams, building a technology center of excellence that encourages innovation, especially with Microsoft technologies, and helps define best practices.

  • Performance Monitoring & KPIs: Data-driven decision-making will be key as you'll need to analyze feedback and metrics to improve features and measure success.

  • Risk & Regulation Compliance: Keeping up with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring products are compliant, and maintaining the reputation will also be part of your responsibility.

Profile

* You will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with extensive experience developing customer facing portals that showcase an organisations products and services.

* You have experience in UX design with a portfolio to showcase at interview stage.

* You will have strong knowledge of how to use the Microsoft suite of tools including Dynamics and Power Platform to solve business challenges.

* You have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and can influence and align diverse teams and perspectives.

* You have a proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

* You have a data-driven and analytical mindset, and can use various tools and methods to measure and improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
