Senior Product ManagerOur trusted partner, a Fin-Tech corporation that is currently embarking on a digital transformation campaign is recruiting a Senior Product Manager who has demonstrable product experience either in payments, accounts, financial crime prevention and savings with Neo-Banking domain experience with exposure to CEE markets. This is an exciting position, where the chosen candidate will have autonomy, regularly engaging with C-Suite members of staff and senior stakeholders to deliver digital technology change during a pivotal period in our client's history. To be successful you must have strong leadership capabilities (people management / 3rd party vendor), agile delivery background and experience of rebuilding / enhancing banking products hosted in the cloud.Our client is looking to pay a basic salary of £100,000 crica + excellent corporate benefits to be based in London on a hybrid basis. Core responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility and ownership of your product development, all the way from ideation to production
  • Define products and features, specify use cases, and write specs involving payment functionality
  • Own your product area, features, and KPI and work as part of a squad of engineers and designers while collaborating closely with Support, Marketing, and Control teams
  • Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and take action accordingly
  • Understand Viber’s strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are best in the messaging industry
  • Be the owner and expert on your product and its market
Experience requirements:
  • Recent domain experience in Fin-Tech (Neo Banking ) is a must.
  • Product experience in B2C / mobile app is a must have.
  • Experience wit CEE markets / languages is a nice to have.
  • Strong SME product knowledge of domain financial services products (payments, accounts, financial crime prevention and savings) is a must
  • Strong experience leading/overseeing a product function comprised of cross-functional engineers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts is must have
  • Recent experience with digital product environments preferably within AWS or Azure.
  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder management / managing third-party suppliers is a must-have
  • Must have a strong understanding of Agile / SAFe Agile is a must
  • Any experience of lending or savings system procedures would be fantastic is a nice to have
