We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team and lead the development of our B2B candidate database and CV search proposition. In this high-impact role, you'll have the opportunity to drive the future of our B2B offering, delivering solutions that empower thousands of businesses to connect with top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the Vision: Define and lead an ambitious vision for Reed.co.uk's B2B offering, focusing on unifying and scaling our candidate database and CV search capabilities.
  • Deliver Customer Value: Understand how your product creates value for customers, using key metrics to track and optimise product performance.
  • Own the Roadmap: Maintain a product roadmap and backlog of epics and user stories to clearly communicate your team's priorities and direction.
  • Influence Stakeholders: Build strong relationships and generate buy-in across engineering, design, marketing, and senior leadership teams.
  • Drive Results: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality product solutions.

  • B2B Expertise: Experience in B2B product management with a proven ability to deliver revenue and conversion-based outcomes.
