The Role
As the first Senior Product Manager, this person will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and lead product management to scale and innovate the platform. This is a unique opportunity to drive the next generation of AI-powered women's health support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the CEO to own and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing user benefits, business impact, and engineering effort.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, technology, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to release and scaling.
- Maintain a clear, prioritised product backlog with well-defined user stories.
- Guide the engineering team, track performance metrics, and optimise development processes.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, leveraging data to drive improvements.
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Oversee QA and software release processes, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
Key Skills/Experience
- A product leader with a track record of taking products from concept to scalable success.
- 5-7 years in product management, including 2+ years in senior roles leading strategy and roadmaps.
- Passionate about women's health and user-centric problem-solving.
- Experienced in an Agile development environment.
- Highly analytical and skilled in building data dashboards.
- Exceptional communicator, able to bridge the gap between teams and stakeholders.
- Adept at prioritising trade-offs between user value, business goals, and engineering feasibility.
- Hands-on experience with QA testing and software releases.
- Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
- Ideally experience in FemTech or HealthTech.
