Senior Product Manager - £600 per day (Inside IR35) - Remote - SC Cleared

Are you an experienced Senior Product Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of key products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

This role offers a rate of £600 per day (Inside IR35) and is remote, with occasional travel as required. Active SC Clearance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the product vision, ensuring stakeholder and team engagement.
  • Lead the development of roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to live service.
  • Represent user needs and prioritise work based on business value.
  • Oversee backlog management, balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategy.
  • Ensure quality standards, including compliance with GDS and accessibility regulations.
  • Utilise user research and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Line manage, coach, and mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in product management within technology-focused projects.
  • Ability to identify and resolve patterns and trends in complex environments.
  • Budgeting and financial control expertise, with commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentations.
  • Experience leading teams and advocating for user-centred design across product lifecycles.
  • End-to-end service design and large-scale digital transformation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting user research and defining product strategies based on data.
  • Previous experience as a line manager.
