Technical Product Owner

Location: Hybrid - London/Portsmouth/Remote

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Scope of position:

To define the vision and strategic goals of the Lead to Cash process. Setting a clear roadmap for improving and optimising systems, tools, and processes involved. Working with stakeholders across departments to ensure that all parts of the L2C process are integrated and aligned with the business's revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier management and representing the internal Voice of the Customer, ensuring the products being developed align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Define and manage the L2C product roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the systems current and future features to drive business value.
  • Understand each system's roadmap to maximise the benefits of upcoming features and capabilities.
  • Influence key system product development by communicating our requirements and ensuring our needs are considered.
  • Manage and prioritise the L2C development backlog, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, features, and integrations with other systems.
  • Provide clear business cases for L2C-related developments, demonstrating market opportunity and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager with L2C.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce and/or Certinia platform, including its integration capabilities.
  • Strong skills in backlog management, prioritisation, and working with internal development teams.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to feed requirements into external vendors and influence their product development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions
  • Background in data-driven decision making and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
