This role is suitable for a Workday Product Owner, HRIS Manager or Senior Programme manager with Product experience.The person who comes in must be able to successfully lead a small team and be very hands on with driving the enhancements to the products available.
The successful candidate must understand the full suite of HCM & operations, as well as:
- Recruitment & learning
- Compensation
- Benefits & rewards
- Demonstrable experience of what is needed from tech and HR (broader) and how it supports the business.
- Experience of looking at the wider ops to optimise it and how to use analytics to evolve it
- Identify the next steps and remedial action where needed and the appropriate plan to fix it
