We are pleased to be working with a large global organisationthat has recently implemented workday HCM and is kickstarting their second wave, which is focused on enhancing and optimising the core functionalities of Workday HCM.

This is an exciting stage of their wider transformation strategy and the role is ideally suited to someone who can lead them through this next stage of optimisation and enhancements to their product set.

This role is suitable for a Workday Product Owner, HRIS Manager or Senior Programme manager with Product experience.The person who comes in must be able to successfully lead a small team and be very hands on with driving the enhancements to the products available.

The successful candidate must understand the full suite of HCM & operations, as well as:
  • Recruitment & learning
  • Compensation
  • Benefits & rewards
The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate the following on Workday:
  • Demonstrable experience of what is needed from tech and HR (broader) and how it supports the business.
  • Experience of looking at the wider ops to optimise it and how to use analytics to evolve it
  • Identify the next steps and remedial action where needed and the appropriate plan to fix it
