Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Oversight: Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of care delivery and operational processes, ensuring that they meet established quality standards and compliance regulations. Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess quality performance.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., Care Quality Commission - CQC, NHS regulations, etc.) and industry standards. Ensure that quality assurance practices are aligned with the latest guidelines and legislation.

Audit & Inspection: Lead and coordinate internal audits and inspections, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement in service delivery. Prepare and present detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.

Risk Management: Identify areas of clinical and operational risk, assisting in the development of risk management strategies and ensuring that mitigating actions are implemented effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, using data and audit findings to identify opportunities for enhancing care quality and safety. Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement action plans.

Staff Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to staff on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices. Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and compliant with quality standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators. Provide insights to senior management, identifying trends and recommending actions based on data findings.
