Essential Requirements

  • Experience in design and construction, ideally on large infrastrucutre projects such as rail systems.
  • Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 is required. Additional qualifications in ISO 45001 and ISO 18001 are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an audit management/document control position.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, report generation, and process improvement.
  • Competence in managing and disseminating audit results, including resolving compliance issues with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct audits across multiple project teams to ensure technical assurance processes are consistently applied.
  • Create and manage files within the company's system, preparing annual audit programmes and documenting outcomes, including corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback to refine technical processes, ensuring alignment with evolving standards and project requirements.
  • Work closely with Technical Assurance Managers, Quality Managers, and other internal teams, supporting multi-functional projects like civil engineering, railway systems, and station design.
