Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10 Engineers in a Healthcare environment.
- Performing toolbox talks and organising reactive and PPM on AHUs, FCUs, Pipework and Plant etc.
- Workwithsub-contractorsandexternal suppliers.
- Maintain and build a strong client relationship.
- Monday to Friday, 1 in 6 On Call.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 2/3in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.
- Competence inreport writingand handlingpaperwork.
