Head of Technical Production (Live Events)
Location: Hybrid working
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 subject to experience
Package inc. Bonus: £55,000-£62,500 subject to experience
This role motivates a team of very talented technical production managers, and you will assist with this, providing support and deputising as required. You are expected to contribute to the Company's technical direction, evaluating and recommending equipment and technical solutions, and providing advice to Technical Managers and clients.

Responsibilities
- You will provide clients and colleagues with creative input, helping to develop concepts that enhance events.
- You will curate, plan, manage and oversee technical and scenic installations on large scale events, taking responsibility for their execution. This includes CAD plans, rigging plans and coordination and associated schematics.
- You will conduct technical site visits with high level conversations with clients, venues and agency production managers.
- Working closely with technical teams, you will research the market to identify and develop technical solutions for events, opportunities for growth and improvements in working practices
- You will assist the Production Director in evaluating the needs of the technical department and ensuring that we have the right mix of skills and numbers of people to meet the needs of the business.
Our services primarily cater to trade exhibitions, typically scheduled on weekdays. However, occasional weekend shifts may be necessary.
We embrace flexibility in working hours, recognizing that this role isn't confined to a standard 9-5 schedule.
Our offices are conveniently located in both South London, and North London. While the role primarily involves office and on-site work, we also provide opportunities for hybrid work.
