Main Duties:

  • Leading a team of maintenance engineers
  • Delegating PPM's & to ensure all PPM's are completed within the time scale provided
  • Responsible for general admin tasks
  • Liaising with building managers and sub contractors
  • Involved in hands on maintenance
  • Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers
  • Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's
  • Flexibility working on minor reactive issues
  • Ensuring all client related requests are met and to the expected standards
  • Provide technical support and reports for your line manager
  • Keeping your team well informed with any issues or changes within the working environment
  • Assist with managing rota, holiday requests and sick cover

Qualifications Needed:

NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical bias

Mechanical or Electrical biased UK degree

Previous experience working in commercial buildings

Approved person (Desirable)
