Streamline Recruitment are currently working with a well respected & family owned fit - out contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor to join their site team based with their offices being based in Bank.
The mechanical package will be circa £300,000 on a commercial CAT A/B office fit - out. Where the candidate will be overseeing a sub - contractor on site reporting into a Mechanical Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a good experience in mechanical site management, particularly within office fit-outs. A proven track record of managing similar projects, coupled with a good understanding of mechanical systems and installations.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in office fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installations.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Reporting into a Mechanical Project Manager
- Overseeing a mechanical package of £300,000
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
