Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for experienced Mechanical Supervisor on a freelance basis.

The right canddiate will be responsible for delivering a 10M+ M&E package on office refurbishment project.

They will be looking for a candidate that has 5+ years experience as a M&E Supervisor delivering projects within the residential arena at around the same value.

Our client has an excellent reputation in the public and private sectors, securing large projects and framework agreements with revered end clients Nationwide.

Interviews will be taking place immediately with the view to start asap.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the M&E function on the project using engineering principles and techniques in a multidiscipline environment
  • Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines
  • Developing test and commissioning documentation
  • Discussing and solving complex problems with departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers
  • Programming and planning of works and interface with other disciplines
  • Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints
  • Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering specialism
  • Commissioning of plant and systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards
