Role: Mechanical Supervisor
Location:Central London
Salary: 60,000 to 65,000
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to overseemechanical projects formajor blue-chip clients. Projects typically range from 500k to 5millionand involve direct work with the end user.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sub-contractors and labor teams.
- Liaise with clients and attend site meetings.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained, including preparing and issuing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and conducting toolbox talks as required.
- Submit weekly health and safety returns.
- Implement project plans and schedules.
- Interpret and work with design plans and drawings.
- Conduct ongoing snagging to minimize defects and errors.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage commissioning and ensure smooth project handovers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager within the commercial sector.
- Confident managing sites with budgets from Project Manager
