MK Search are proud to be working with a leading M&E contractor who have recently won several notable projects within Central London are currently looking to engage with Mechanical Supervisors.

The company in question are very well respected in the M&E industry and have experienced a long period of growth which has subsequently won them a variety of new projects across the UK. They have a strong presence in the commercial, data centre, Pharmaceutical and life sciences markets and have hired well with recent senior appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all mechanical construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality work within budget and contract specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure a safe working environment for all and verify and maintain the accuracy and currency of all relevant HS&E documents.
  • Review and provide feedback on Method Statements and Work Instructions as per the Project Execution Plan.
  • Supervise work activities to ensure compliance with established Method Statements and Work Instructions.
  • Document work progress and address non-conformances/improvements
