Are you a Print Finishing Team Leader / Supervisor or similar who is looking for a varied Monday-Friday, days-based role within a market-leading company who are known for looking after their staff and offer opportunities to continually progress?
This market leading Manufacturing company have rapidly grown since their establishment to the point they now have over 350 employees and a turnover of £100m+. Due to continued success they are looking to expand their friendly Production team.
This Monday-Friday role will see you overseeing a team of operatives across 3 shift you manage the team to KPIs, train and support junior team members and undertake some hands on operating of various print finishing machinery. You will also ensure compliance to H&S processes and work with the Production Manager and Director as you work Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00.
This role would suit a Print Finishing Team Leader / Manager or similar looking for a permanent and local Monday-Friday role within a leading manufacturer offering a good work life balance and the chance to continually progress.
The Role:
* Overseeing teams of operatives across 3 shifts
* Carry out some hands on operation of machinery as requires
* Support and train junior team members
* Work closely with Production Manager and Director
* Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00

* Commutable to Wood Green
