Are you from a Print Supervisory background or similar looking for a stable, permanent role within a market-leading manufacturer who offer the chance to oversee a tight-knit team and a good work life balance due to the Monday-Friday nature of the role?
This market leading Manufacturing company have rapidly grown since their establishment in the 1980s to the point they now have over 350 employees and a turnover of £100m+. Due to continued success they are looking to expand their friendly Production team.
This Monday-Friday role will see you overseeing a tight-knit team of 4 finishers in addition to undertaking some hands on operating of various specialist Print Finishing equipment as you undertake a range of responsibilities including trimming, binding, fitting and quality control. You will work 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday with some overtime available to increase earnings.
This role would suit a Print Supervisor or similar looking for a permanent and local Monday-Friday role within a leading manufacturer offering a good work life balance and optional overtime as business needs require.
The Role:
* Operate machinery such as Stitchers / Binders / Guillotines / Folders
* Ensure compliance to ISO accreditations and H&S processes
* Oversee team of 4
* Monday-Friday 14:00-22:00
The Person:
* Print Finishing background
* Experience operating Heidelberg Stahl / Muller Stitching / Horizon Binders / Polar guillotines / MBO folders
* Commutable to Tottenham
