Found is seeking a proactive, hands-on Bakery Production Manager to join a leading Bakery Manufacturer in South London, currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth!

The successful candidate will lead and shape the future of our clients new production site, as this is a unique opportunity to be the very first hire in the Production Management team. You will have significant autonomy to make an impact from day one and drive productivity, efficiency, and team performance. Role OverviewAs the Production Manager you’ll be at the forefront of the production processes. You’ll have full responsibility for day-to-day operations, driving productivity, ensuring top-tier product quality, and supporting a high performing team. We are looking for someone that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and support the team with hands on tasks when needed – being a team player is key! 

Key Responsibilities•    Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time deliveries.•    Inspire, manage, and support factory staff, creating clear roles and high performance.•    Use your expertise to monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.•    Ensure a collaborative working environment and driving a motivating atmosphere.•    Coordinate staff, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless production.•    Work closely with the CEO to align production with company goals.•    Oversee factory upkeep, ensuring equipment is in top shape and compliance with health & safety standards.

About You•    Proven experience in production management within food manufacturing.•    Strong leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.•    Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.•    Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.•    Skilled in improving productivity and efficiency.•    Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
