The Opportunity
As a Quality Management Lead, youll play a vital role in ensuring that Sizewell Cs quality standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your expertise will directly influence the project’s success by overseeing quality assurance and control activities across delivery programmes.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Ensure Supply-Chain Compliance: Monitor adherence to contracted quality assurance and control requirements.
Support Leadership: Assist the Quality Director and Quality Delivery Managers in meeting the Integrated Management System standards.
Develop QA/QC Processes: Create and implement quality assurance and quality control arrangements across the project.
Contractor Oversight: Lead the review, acceptance, and monitoring of Contractors’ Quality Assurance Plans (CQAP).
Quality Planning: Develop Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP) and ensure key contractual quality requirements are met.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and inspection entities to maintain quality standards.
Perform Audits: Conduct audits, surveillance, and inspections to ensure compliance.
Non-Conformance Management: Resolve quality non-conformances and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Record Review: Manage the delivery and review of end-of-manufacturing records for equipment release.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality management, preferably in a regulated or high-standards industry.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.
Expertise in Quality Systems and ISO standards (nuclear sector knowledge is a bonus).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and inspire collaboration.
Experience managing supplier relationships and conducting detailed supplier audits.
Outstanding communication skills for building and maintaining strong working relationships.
Desirable:
Previous experience in the nuclear sector or a similarly regulated industry.
