Profile
A successful Senior Factory Manager should have:
- Experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.
- Ideally experience working within footwear, if not has experience in:
Clothing, costume jewellery, hats, soft furnishings, furniture manufacturing
- Proficiency in managing production costs and budgets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to safety and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and motivate staff.
