£50,000 - £60,000 (OTE: £68K) + Company Benefits + Performance Based Bonus + Overtime
Are you a Technical Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role in a growing business where you will manage a team of industry experts and be the direct point of contact between the team and the directors?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to join an expanding company that specialise in bespoke, one of pieces of furniture for a range high end clients. They create furniture for the future, with their unique styling they integrate technology into their designs into their one of one pieces.
In this role you will be managing a team of 4 designers, signing off their designs, ensuring the highest quality is met and leading by example by producing your own designs. You will be dealing directly with clients both in meetings and in person. You will work closely with the directors and be involved in conversations around the growth and direction of the company.
The ideal Technical Manager will have a joinery background. You will have experience using the CAD package solid works and have a background in management. You will be able to deal directly with customers and clients.
The role:
- Managing a team of 4 designers
- Bespoke Furniture designing using CAD software
- Liaising with clients and Directors
The person:
- Background in joinery / Bespoke Furniture
- Experience Managing a team
- Commutable to Uxbridge
