We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic CRM Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to join a boutique wealth management firm in Camden, London.
This role will be pivotal in optimising the firm's CRM system, with the goal of enhancing client relationships, streamlining operations, and supporting the delivery of exceptional financial services. You will manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the firm's specific business needs, ensuring that the system aligns with company processes and procedures. Working closely with various departments and clients, you will gather requirements and implement system changes as necessary.
Additionally, you will ensure that CRM data remains accurate and up to date while providing training and ongoing support to users, ensuring that they can effectively utilise the CRM system. You will develop and manage CRM workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency and client engagement, assist in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with other business systems, and regularly analyse CRM data to generate insights that help improve business strategies. Troubleshooting and promptly resolving any CRM-related issues will also be part of your responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a computer science degree or similar, experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a financial services or wealth management environment, and a solid understanding of CRM functionality, with the ability to manipulate data and enhance the user functionality to meet business needs. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in CRM reporting and data analysis.
