About the RoleThey are looking for an experienced Quantitative Associate Director to join their Consumer team; someone who's looking develop their career to become a future team leader.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Hands-on management of high-profile projects for Technology, Retail and consumer clients;
- Leading international and domestic projects which typically cover customer journeys including multi-channel strategy, communications development, product and proposition development, brand and advertising tracking;
- Writing proposals for existing clients and working with other team members to win business from new clients;
- Playing a key role overseeing and developing more junior staff.
About YouIn order to be considered for this Quantitative Associate Director role you will:
- Be currently working at Associate Director level, but looking for a challenge and to grow your career to take a leading role in an agency that rewards and promotes people on ability and achievement;
- Have strong quant technical and project management skills including experience of running International trackers;
- Possess strong analysis skills and the ability to turn information into insight and understanding;
- Be an excellent client facer and someone who enjoys building strong relationships with their accounts. Salary up to £70k + benefits
