An Architectural Practice is seeking an experienced CDM Consultant to take up an Associate Director position within the company. This consultancy specialises in sectors such as Heritage but have a varied workload. This practice places a strong emphasis on design focused H&S delivery. The Associate Director of CDM Role

As the CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and a team of Principal Designers, providing mentorship and technical delivery yourself. This is a client facing role and will include management activities such as invoicing, taking interviews etc.

The Associate Director of CDM Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (Required)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
