A multi-disciplinary boutique Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced CDM Consultant to oversee a diverse and high-profile project portfolio. They deliver across sectors such as High-end residential, Commercial and re-generations this consultancy values technical excellence and a client-first approach. The CDM Consultant Role

As the CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance on design safety risks across the portfolio of projects in the construction phases, acting as Principal Designer and/or CDM Advisor across an exciting portfolio of projects that you will have autonomy over.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (Preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
