Spinwell is recruiting for a Delivery Team Co-ordinator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF DELIVERY TEAM CO-ORDINATOR

Support the Head of PMO and Delivery SMT in providing a programme management service to the wider Delivery Team providing crucial support across the team to enable delivery of varied workstreams.

Arrange project meetings and produce meeting documentation such as agendas, minutes, and presentations.

Lead on internal governance sign off process within Delivery to ensure contracts receive internal approval prior to signature and completion. Coordinate contract documentation and make sure it is filed and administered appropriately.

Produce, maintain, and distribute project documentation to track project actions against targets, take ownership and management of project issues; take follow up or remedial actions if required.

Assist the Delivery team in maintaining project and programme financial information such as monitoring spend against budget. Accurate recording of spend and payments essential. Management of urgent payments, working closely with the Finance Team.

Contribute to the development of effective information management systems with staff within Delivery to support the Senior Management Team in fulfilling their roles

To own maintain and support the existing supplier processes with key stakeholders (TfL) and to work with members of the delivery team to provide solutions as problems arise.)

Provide a full range of administrative support to the Delivery Team Senior Management Team, including the maintenance and coordination of diaries, organisation of meetings and the set up of meeting rooms.

Support the Delivery team across a wide range of activities including setting up and managing Purchase Orders,

Supporting the set up of team social activities, internal comms within the delivery team, workshops and events with internal and external stakeholders alike.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF DELIVERY TEAM CO-ORDINATOR

Demonstrable experience working as a Team/Office administrator and proven ability to work in a fast paced role, prioritising and responding to multiple demands.

A high level of competence in the operation of standard office information, arranging hybrid meetings and communications technology applications including standard Microsoft Office packages.MS Word and Outlook must be at an advanced level and Excel, Sharepoint/OneDrive and PowerPoint intermediate level.

First-rate communication skills, along with proficient, confident and skilled organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills.

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Successful experience of developing and implementing systems and processes to deliver administrative management and confidential information storage and retrieval systems.
