Venn Group are working with a Local Authority in London to recruit a Programme Manager, focusing on ensuring the council’s property estate is compliant with statutory regulations.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week in London and is inside IR35. Â
Programme Manager skills and responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive programme to ensure all buildings across the estate are compliant with statutory regulations
- Proven experience in programme management, specifically within FM Compliance
- Strong understanding of statutory regulations related to property management
- Ability to work independently and manage large-scale compliance programmes
- Experience delivering similar projects within other local authorities
- Experience driving programmes forward, and working with operational staff and senior leaders
- Building relationships across and beyond the council, and ability to influence senior leaders and steer change
