- Support integrity programs, partnerships, and policy workstreams
- Manage and ensure resolution of inbound operational issues impacting external partners
- Identify recurring issues, develop resolution paths, and improve internal processes.Draft and present internal progress reports

- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of experience in tech, social media, news publishing, or digital media industries
- Experience with project management and operations
- Experience with account or partner management
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Experience working at a major tech platform
- Proficiency with Excel
