Integrity Partnerships and Programs ManagerLocation: UK, Remote Length: Start Date: Asap - 12 months Rate: From £34.00 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am-6pm OverviewThe Integrity Partnership team is seeking an experienced program manager to work on issues related to product and policy. This role will be responsible for both internal project management and external partner management. It requires collaboration with stakeholders from policy, partnerships, operations, engineering, product, and finance teams. The program manager will triage inbound from partners, prioritise, and work with internal experts to find scaled solutions and design improvements to processes. Success requires a confident communicator who can coordinate cross-functional experts and drive projects forward to goal. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is capable of leading work independently and updating stakeholders on their progress. They will have demonstrated success in building relationships with external partners, acting as a company’s point of contact, and advocating for partners’ needs internally. A strong sense of prioritisation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and efficient time management are essential. Experience working at a major tech platform is desirable.Responsibilities:
  • Support integrity programs, partnerships, and policy workstreams
  • Manage and ensure resolution of inbound operational issues impacting external partners
  • Identify recurring issues, develop resolution paths, and improve internal processes.Draft and present internal progress reports
  • Manage relationships with external business partners
  • Communicate policy guidance and best practices externally
  • Support product launches by issuing guidance and soliciting partner feedback
Skills and Experience:
  • Self-starter who leads projects independently by taking initiative and communicating well
  • Experience working while remotely from manager support
  • Experience working on cross-functional, global teams across time zones
  • Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with solving product issues and improving processes
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with minimal oversight
  • Experience with managing partner relationships
  • Ability to communicate potentially sensitive information effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of our clients products.Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of experience in tech, social media, news publishing, or digital media industries
  • Experience with project management and operations
  • Experience with account or partner management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Desirable:
  • Experience working at a major tech platform
  • Proficiency with Excel
