The Role
The Learning Academy Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of the Learning Academy. This role involves creating and implementing training programmes that foster professional development, improve staff competencies, and align with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
The Learning Academy Lead will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage learning resources, and ensure that the Academy is a hub for innovative, high-quality learning experiences that support continuous professional growth.
The academy is to support both Staff, people they support, students, volunteers and the wider community.
They are looking for someone who hold significant experience in learning and development, training programme management or leadership in an education or corporate training environment.
