This business designs and delivers compelling programs that drive behavioural change and business improvement. Each program is tailored, designed and managed by an in-house team of creatives and producers, using freelance experts where necessary.  
  
Working alongside the client delivery teams, you will drive the company’s ambition to deliver outstanding client engagement, contribute to shaping the best project management practices as well as manage large-scale programs within budget and on time. 
  
You’ll Be 
  • Providing day-to-day project management, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards 
  • Orchestrating internal and external timings and processes and ensuring smooth and consistent communications to all stakeholders 
  • Creating and managing a delivery schedule to be followed closely with input from all the different teams 
  • Contributing to client pitches, proposals and programme documentation 
  • Participating in establishing and maintaining project management best practices across the business 
 
You’ll Have: 
  • Experience leading a small team of program managers 
  • 7+ years of project / program manager experience, either agency or brand side, and are comfortable managing internal and external senior stakeholders 
  • Managed six to seven figure budgets 
  • Organised, with excellent planning and prioritising skills plus excellent attention to detail 
  • Someone who enjoys solving complex problems and can deal with unexpected challenges 
  • Able to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships at all levels, both with colleagues and clients
