Here at Tavistock Relationships, we have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Programme Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025. This role operates on a job share basis, hours are to be negotiated with the current program manager (A minimum of 18.75 (0.5 FTE) per week, and up to 30 hours (0.8) per week.This role is hybrid, a combination of office and flexible home-working arrangements to meet business needs. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £52,000- £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Programme Manager role

As a Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery and evaluation of the National Centre for Supervision of Parent-Infant Relationships.

Key responsibilities as a Programme Manager:

  • Designing and developing clinical supervision services
  • Developing and maintaining efficient and effective operational processes incorporating online platforms to deliver and evaluate services
  • Establishing and maintaining ongoing monitoring mechanisms to evidence the quality and impact of clinical supervision delivery over the course of the programme
  • Overseeing the delivery of supervision in accordance with the designed delivery model
  • Ensuring good safeguarding and information management processes are in place, maintaining supervision of supervision, identifying support and development needs of supervisors
  • Ensuringcontinuous evaluation and data capture of supervision activity
  • Creating, delivering and maintaining a website and content to promote awareness of the National Centre throughout the course of programme delivery
  • Creating training support and resources to support the programme delivery
  • Overseeing maintenance of database of LA contacts
  • Collating and reporting on programme output and outcome data, reporting risks to delivery and assisting in finding mitigations

Skills and experience required as our Programme Manager:

  • Self-starter with experience of delivering projects from end to end, setting up from scratch
  • Have an understanding of clinical supervision and relevant clinical experience working with the parent-infant relationship or couples.
  • Have worked within an organisation and demonstrated an ability to carry significant responsibility and work well with colleagues
  • Have a stable temperament and a capacity to work with powerful feelings that can arise in the course of carrying out the work
  • Have some clear project or programme management experience
  • Provide evidence of clear competence in use of ICT
  • Have some experience in managing and developing innovation 
  • Be committed to supporting research and evaluation within this programme
