Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex rail projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and mitigate risks to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage Programmes: Oversee multiple rail projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.
Risk & Resource Management: Identify risks, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects stay on track.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all projects meet safety regulations, quality standards, and specifications.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting high performance.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and provide clear, concise status reports.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 10 + years managing complex projects, ideally in the rail sector.
Education: Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and budget management capabilities.
