An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established regulatory board in Central London. The company is now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator (Business Change & Strategy projects NOT I.T. focused) to join their growing team on an 18 month fixed term basis, working with various stakeholders as part of their Transformation agenda.

Description

  • Working with the Head of Programmes ensuring that programmes and projects are delivered within time, scope, budget and to an agreed standard of quality.
  • Working with stakeholders to schedule key governance meetings at project and programme level.
  • Developing materials to support governance meetings, including agendas, objectives and required outputs for meetings.
  • Accurately recording meeting minutes and actions, and monitoring the execution of actions.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans on a rolling basis.
  • Work with stakeholders to generate project reporting updates as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain risk logs.
  • Write technical minutes to a high degree of accuracy and competency.
  • Producing a variety of reports for consideration by senior stakeholders as required and as directed.
  • Support all projects and programmes to ensure they adhere to best practice and in line with the organisation's Project Management framework.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the project, and programmes portfolio to enable an effective and informed point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • An experienced Project Coordinator, with a track record of successfully supporting Project Managers to deliver transformation projects.
  • Experience of working for a similar organisation e.g. regulatory body, charity, membership body etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and evidence of strong skills in collaborating and working in partnership with others.
