Programme Manager with a track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation required for this high profile role.

The RoleThis is a leadership role that requires the ability to manage complex delivery while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, to ensure alignment across workstreams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will need to Chair the Steering Committee and quickly gain the confidence of the exec team, while proving able to bring the wider team and other key business stakeholders on the journey with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of the programme roadmap, delivery plan, and governance framework.
Chairing the Steering Committee, driving decision-making and maintaining clear lines of accountability.
Building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor and communicator.
Leading Work Stream Leads to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
Managing programme risks, issues, dependencies, and changes with a proactive approach.
Managing 3rd parties.
Budget management.

About You:

Proven experience as a Programme Manager on a SAP S/4HANA transformation. Doing so within an SME environment desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently chair Steer Co meetings and engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders, Work Stream Leads, the wider project team and business users.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendor relationships.
Expertise in programme governance, change management, and risk mitigation.
Demonstrated ability to manage £10M+ budgets and complex multi-year delivery schedules.

Interviews planned for either very early January or subject to availability, between Christmas and New Year with a Jan/Feb start hoped for.
