Scheme Manager required to cover for sickness .

The successful candidate will work as part of a team but will mainly be lone working in a large community supportive housing scheme in the south of Westminster

Provide support to vulnerable residents living in community supportive [sheltered] housing schemes in the South of Westminster. Carrying out welfare checks on residents and responding to emergency calls via the community alarm system in the schemes from elderly vulnerable residents. Reporting to Senior Scheme Manager and working with colleagues to provide comprehensive support service. Encouraging independence, choice and control; reducing isolation and contributing to a safe and supportive environment. Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm (36 hours per week).
