A leading Property Consultancy with over 25+ offices and 900+ employees are seeking a knowledgeable Associate Project Manager to join their experienced team in Oxford Circus.

With an extremely strong presence traditionally within both the residential/commercial sectors, the Associate Project Manager will be instrumental to overseeing the delivery of projects from inception to completion phase within mainly the Private, Residential and Commercial sectors with projects varying from new build offices to CAT A and CAT B fit outs all with different values.
As a reputable Property Consultancy that provide their clients with high standard projects, the Associate Project Manager will be working simultaneously on various types of projects such as delivering brand new offices for financial service firms and internal fit outs for a property specialist company.
Associate Project Manager Role:
As the Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management, including procurement of projects, design, construction, quality control, staffing and budget management. The Associate Project Manager will also be engaging with clients and contractors to define project requirements, establish project work plans and deadlines, tracking the progress of the project against the suggested timelines and budgets and provide feedback to stakeholders on the progress.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing direction and leadership to the project management team
- Overseeing project phase and ensuring it is delivered in a timely manner
- Controlling project costs to ensure the property is within budget
- Facilitating frequent client meetings and reporting updates to all stakeholders
- Managing contractors, sub-contractors and internal team members
- Ensuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
The Associate Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Associate Project Manager in all types of sectors
- Extensive understanding of all projects works such as New Build, Fit Out's and Refurbs.
- Construction consultancy background would be preferred
- A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction would be ideal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage different teams across various projects
