AV Project Manager

They are on the lookout for a highly motivated Project Manager to steer their project team through dynamic project life cycles. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulous planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects
  • Collaborate on defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Identify tasks and resource requirements
  • Supervise project teams, including on-site engineers
  • Oversee project budgets
  • Collaborate with the Resource Manager to allocate project resources
  • Develop project schedules and timelines
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Provide guidance and direction to the team
  • Champion quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Present progress reports, addressing challenges and proposing solutions to stakeholders
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project objectives
  • Evaluate and assess project outcomes
  • Support the design team
  • Assist External Sales Staff with site meetings

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Strong project planning, risk management, and time management skills
  • Previous experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, AGILE) or equivalent experience as a project manager
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • AV/ICT design expertise
