Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technology-driven projects, particularly in the residential and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the required quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external vendors to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Monitor progress throughout each project, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Organise regular client meetings to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal company policies.
- Manage project budgets to meet financial objectives.
- Deliver high-quality results that consistently exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the audio-visual and IT sectors, ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of AV/IT systems and technologies.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other relevant certifications would be advantageous.
