The BMS Engineer be instrumental in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of control and automation projects across diverse sectors, including commercial buildings, laboratories, and public facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS and control system projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to gather insights, ensuring all requirements are covered in estimates.
• Leverage your expertise in Trend BMS systems to account for all necessary components and functionalities.
• Analyse project specifications and supplier quotes, providing precise documentation for proposals and tenders.
• Maintain and update historical cost databases, staying current with industry trends and pricing adjustments.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong background in BMS engineering, project management, or sales support with a focus on BMS.
• Solid experience with Trend BMS systems.
• Proven ability to develop and manage accurate project costing and quotations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
