Our client are a leading name in within BMS and they are looking to take on a experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee major projects within Central London.
The successful PM will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of BMS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion.
* Oversee contract reviews, identifying risks and ensuring compliance.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
* Ensure all health & safety regulations and industry standards are met.
* Conduct stakeholder communication, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
* Supervise the commissioning and handover process, ensuring seamless operation.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Leading BMS projects
* Strong knowledge of multple systems
* Ability to manage high-value projects
* Experience in budget control, contract management, and risk assessment.
