We are seeking an experienced BMS (Building Management System) Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BMS projects across London. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of BMS, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Project Planning & Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of BMS projects, from initial design and planning to commissioning and handover.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and manage financial reporting.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on BMS installations, including HVAC controls, energy management, and system integration.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Team Coordination: Lead and support engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality.

• Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager, ideally in a construction or building services environment.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Tridium, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of HVAC, energy management, and building automation principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and BMS-related tools.
• Relevant engineering, electrical, or building services qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree preferred).
• Prince2, SMSTS, or PMP certifications (desirable but not essential).
