Company:Arenowned multi-disciplinary building contractor based in London, established for just over 20 years.

Delivering projects in the leisure, education, retail, healthcare, and housing sectors, consistently earning a strong reputation for completing projects on time with maximum client satisfaction.

Private and public sector clients throughout London and South East

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including refurbishments,maintenance, new-build schemes and fit outs.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to ensure budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
  • Stable career history.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
