As a Project Administrator, you will work closely with project teams to manage documentation, coordinate information flow, and ensure efficient operations across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities of the role could include:

Coordinating project documentation and internal communication;

Manage and update project filing systems and trackers;

Support the uploading/downloading of project information via EDM platforms - experience with EDM systems (Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite) is a plus;

Assist with the production and distribution of site reports;
