Join the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) as an FM and Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in the regeneration of East London around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This role involves a blend of facilities and park management as well as project management, making it ideal for someone who is practical, resourceful, and enjoys engaging in a variety of workstreams.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Support the Head of Contract Management and the wider Park Operations and Venues team in delivering Facilities Management actions across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
- Manage day-to-day activities including Facilities Management, Park Management, Lifecycle Asset works, and park projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including venue operators and tenants at key locations such as the London Aquatics Centre and the Copper Box Arena.
- Follow up on the delivery of Venue and Park FM works and manage the FM KPIs across all contracts.
- Undertake venue and site inspections, managing handover and handback of assets where required.
- Ensure FM contractual requirements and processes are followed, managing actions and sourcing responses.
- Review maintenance records and ensure contract and FM compliance.
- Monitor and report compliance from contractors.
- Project manage Lifecycle and key Park projects.
- Document the project management process, monitor risks and issues, manage costs, and engage external stakeholders.
- Experience in facilities management or park management fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders with differing objectives.
- Some previous project management or works management experience.
- Understanding of finance processes and purchase orders.
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent H&S qualification is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with high-level influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong organisational skills, able to order, prioritise and manage tasks personally and across the team.
