My client, a leading global construction firm, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the MEP package on a £120M commercial fit-out project in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation known for delivering world-class projects across the UK and beyond.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the project, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while maintaining programme and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the MEP package from pre-construction to project handover.
- Manage coordination between design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Act as a key point of contact for the client and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing MEP packages on large-scale commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or similar).
