Description

  • Oversee and facilitate the NPD process, including project approval and execution, for both new and existing product development, ensuring seamless progression from concept to launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Buying, Supply, Technical, Marketing, Head of Food).
  • Ensure efficient project execution, proactively managing risks and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Deliver insights and analysis on NPD projects and performance to support continuous improvement of brand-led strategies and informed decision-making in customer-led sourcing activities.

Profile

  • Strong understanding of the UK food industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the artwork development process.
  • Familiarity with international supply chain practices and constraints.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, delivering projects on time under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
