- 7+ years of experience and qualifications in public policy or related field
- Degree in public policy or related field, Administrative experience
- Stakeholder management, Executive communication, Project management, Legal understanding
- Proven experience in program management, managing complex and cross-functional programs in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of generating creative solutions and navigating through ambiguity
- Ability to influence and guide teams, build relationships, and align resources to meet program goals
- Expertise in managing interrelated program timelines and objectives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive alignment
